What is required to change the text from example "Very Poor" to something like "Way Down"

Thank you very much. I have since noticed a couple more problems.
[list=][/list]1st is that there is a bullet image (blue arrow) on the left side of the stars
[list=][/list]2nd the stars are Gray and when a rating is given all I see are dots at the bottom of the stars
[list=][/list]3rd When I scroll over the stars the first 2 stars have Very Poor on them and the fifth star says Good, It seems that either the bullet (blue arrow is messing with the alignment or the percentages(20-40-60-80-100) need to be altered.
