Some menu not showing in html sitemap

Some menu items not showing in HTML sitemap.

These are my menu items:

Home
Destinations
|- Beaches and Resorts
|- Adventure
|- Outdoor fun
|- ...
Festivals <-- This one is not showing in sitemap
|- January
|- February
|- March
|- ...
About the Philippines
|- People and religion
|- Culture and Arts
|- ...
Traveler's Blog
Etc..

If i disable the menu item "Destination", the Festival link appears.
