Kunena 2 does not get sitemap urls written

Kunena 2.0 has been released, the Xmap plugin to add forum url's no longer works, this urgently needs updating.

Kunena 2.0 has had a total code rewrite and now follows the Joomla MVC router model for its SEF url creation.

I have rewritten the plugin to work with Joomla 2.5.6 & Kunena 2.0.1

I do have exactly the same issue and I would appreciate any advise, how to fix it.

I am using XMAP 2.2.1 with its Kunena Plugin 2.0.2 on a Joomla 2.5.6 platform with Kunena 2.0.1 and neither my HTM nor myl XML sitemap shows any Kunena topics.
