XML Parsing Error: no element found

Hi
i have been using XMAP for yrs (thanks for XMAP, its great)
however for the last few months i have had issues with my sitemap
when i try to view it, i get the following message

XML Parsing Error: no element found

thats what i see on all 4 of the sitemap URLs that XMAP gives me

working sitemap (found it here on the forum) - http://www.wildlifeadventures.com/index.php?option=com_xmap&sitemap=1&view=xml

- why is my sitemap no longer working? i tried to uninstall it and re-install it, nothing working

Mine is going the same after working for over a year

the other month it just stopped working

I have removed it, re installed, it overinstalled it, set up new site maps but
XML Parsing Error: no element found is all I get

PHP Version: 5.3.10
Web Server to PHP interface: cgi-fcgi
Joomla! Version: Joomla! 1.5.26 Stable
Xmap 1.2.14

Any ideas

here is the update
-i first uninstalled XMAP

- i went into phpMYADMIN, and removed the 3 or 4 cases (dont know what they are called) involving XMAP

later


- i re-installed XMAP
- i looked at the site map IT WORKED

BUT

after i refreshed the site map, i got another XML error

XML Parsing Error: not well-formed

later i will try to do this again and see what happens
