XML Parsing Error: not well-formed - solved

I am using Joomla 2.5.7 and X-map 2.2.1 and I get the following error when I try to view the xml version.
XML Parsing Error: not well-formed
Location: http://www.eurotilesandstone.com/index.php?option=com_xmap&view=xml&tmpl=component&id=1
Line Number 19, Column 13:<font color=ff0000><br />

Can anybody suggest what I can do to remedy it?

Please ignore this - I simply deleted the map and created a new one and it worked.
