hmmm Im confused - I have to go into the WP content CSS to css the Joomla modules? I opened up the styles.css from that path and there isnt a class=wsposts css anywhere - I would have assumed if there were a css for this Joomla module that it would be more like modules/mod_wposts/css

Hi,

The wpposts class is there for you to add your own css statements. The module doesn't come with any stylesheet.
