Frontend - Strict standards error

Hi,

After installing and create a map on a joomla 2.5.9 installation, i get the following error on front end
Strict standards: Only variables should be passed by reference in root\components\com_xmap\controller.php on line 51

I already fixed some errors as seen in mhehm post but I still get this error.

Could you please help me ?
