Image alignment and external images don't work

Hello. I'm a first time user and I came to a bit of a snag while using your module.
This is my website: http://maribor1.skavt.net/

1.) Is there any possible way to align the thumbnails to the left, so the text is all around the image not just the first line, if you can understand what I mean.

2.) I'm having problems displaying thumbnails if they are not insert using the joomla default media manager. If I link to an image on another server the image doesn't display. The same happens if I use the joomgallery plugin to link to images in my galleries.

Seriusly? No one can help with a basic issue? No offense guys but the support for this module isn't all that, well... supportive. I know it's been only like 3 days but no feedback at all?
