hi.
xmap show link based on permissions
if you set menu items permission to registered users, xmap will not show them to publics, and will show them to registered users

I have no registered menu items.
I have one external link in a menu item, top item, along with contact and home (as well as others), and it's "Public". But it still will not show in the sitemap.

The "Search Listings" is a "Public" external url.
Why can't I get that to show in the sitemap?

I noticed a few other threads in this forum that relate to the same issue. Some are about a year old. The bottom line is that the issue still exists after a year of inquiries.

I just created a new HTML sitemap using the Joomla menu item and see that it created 10 "items" - including the external link that I've been trying to get the XML to show.
The XML still only shows 8 "items".

As long as there is some method for the search engines to find that external link, which is to the heart of my site, I can "get by" with that for a while.
The search engines were already able to get to the external link through a top menu item. But as we all know, the search engines want to see that XML sitemap. If that XML sitemap is not providing the most important link to my site, I have a problem.
The fact remains, there's something not working correctly. I'd appreciate it if you can take a look to resolve this issue.

Thanks.
