Dmod is a native Joomla! 1.5 component which shows categorized listings of modules to be loaded in the mainbody along with some optional details. Each Dmod item is identified by the module type ( mod_ ) you pick from a drop down list. Finally, the selected module needs to be published in a new called dmod position in your custom Module Manager.
We specially wrote this component for organizing our own demos, therefore we have provided it with the following options:
- Show a WYSIWYG intro text or description
- Module details such as author, version & creation date
- Compatibility information
- Full parameters view
- Homepage, download & rate/review links
