Global News Module for Joomla 1.0 and for Joomla 1.5 will give you the most complete view of your site's entire content by grouping your latest, popular or random news by sections or by categories.

You can exclude any section or category you want and you can set it to filter all lists by the current section.

There are currently 5 possible layouts for you to choose:
