No Module Title ? | solved in v.2 | first thoughts...
Hello,
currently testing your module as a "related FAQ"... show all related items for the current article (from a different Section/Categorie). Seems to work, with the right section exclusion and on assigned menuitems. BTW, this seems to be the only related module, which can output the introtext!!!
Unfortunately i can´t display the module H3 title?! But i desperately need this for the heading: "Frequently asked questions..."
Is it a bug?
Maybe a contextual display would be cool... so if there is no related item... display NO module title... or display a customizable message like: "No related items found...)
TIA!!!

Re: No Module Title ?
Hi!
It is the normal behaviour to get the module title even if the module is empty, but we can use an alternate module title within the module itself which won't, and disable the custom Module Title.
I have just upgraded our Filtered News to version 2.0 which provides a more flexible content output, and I have included an "advanced" parameter for the Alternate Module Title.
Please give it try! You will find also a new param to disable the title links as you requested in a new post.
Thank you!

Fantastic!!! Almost everything i was looking for. Thank you very much!!!
My thoughts...
Module Title
Alternate Module Title does display well... but what do you mean with custom module title? The standard J! module title does not have any effect.
Formatting the output
Great idea and possibilities. Not for the "clicky" Joomla user... but very powerful.
General output
I can´t find a surrounding DIV for all items... this would come in handy, to group everything in a common visual appearance. The J! module class suffix is not used, i guess. So, it has to be done in your template files, right?
Templates with the ability to show module chrome are missing IMHO.
Can i duplicate a template file to show it in the template popup selection?
TIA!!!
