Free extensions for Joomla!

I've a question, i would like to add at the bottom of the dinamod module three buttons to move back next and pause the tabs scrollling..

I have a another tough question... insted of resize the module when I write too much text I would like that the module height remain locked and I would like to show a vertical scroll bar..
