Can't 'Hide' voting on Uncategorised articles

Hi, I need to Hide the voting on Uncategorised Articles
I created an Uncategorised Menu item (for Special Access level only) and then in the menu Paramaters - 'Hid" the voting.
BUT it still shows!
I don't really want people voting on my Terms of Service etc... help

How about disabling "Article Rating" in each of the desired articles?
