Free extensions for Joomla!

I am trying to embed the ExtraVote plugin into jComments so that a user can add a rating with their comment. Is there some sort of php I can use to embed the shortcode '{extravote 1}' ?

I am looking for a solution to embed ExtraVote into jComments, as well.

Is there any solution for doing this?
This would be great. If not, I will still go on working on it.
If I find out any way, I will post it then.
