Free extensions for Joomla!

I've installed the plugin, deactivated the joomla vote plugin, but then I am stuck.
I have put this line in the article " {extravote 1}"but nothing is showing. please help!

Maybe you haven't set the "Show voting" option to Yes in your Article Manager panel. You find it by clicking on Options from the top right buttons.
