Files on my roots after installed plugin xmap joomshoping

Hello team
After having installed the plugin from XMAP name: "plg_xmap_com_jshopping_2.0.0"
Those files (see under) have been put into the root folder (where the joomla index.php is)
com_jshopping.php
com_jshopping.xml
en-GB.plg_xmap_com_jshopping.ini
is that normal?
because before the installation they were not present?
Can i delete them?
