[Xmap 2.2.1] Only variables should be assigned by reference

I currently develop a small application for my website and during the development (Joomla settings 'Error Reporting' = Development) I found two errors related to Xmap:
Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /htdocs/components/com_xmap/router.php on line 96
Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /htdocs/components/com_xmap/router.php on line 102
maybe that could be solved in a later version. I would say this isn´t a very critical bug.
