I have a menu which is structured as:

The site map that is generated includes only the first External URL in each set as in:

External URL

This looks like a bug. How can I get all of the External URL menu items to appear in the site map? Sorry, this is an internal site but I can provide any additional details you might need to determine the problem if you let me know what you need.

I was able to figure out a solution. The urls for each of the menu items of type External URL were similar to:

index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=303&Itemid=271&tab=customer-focus

I found another similar post in the forum where you recommended ensuring external urls begin with a slash. That did not work and in fact resulted in 404 errors when choosing those menu items. What did work was removing index.php from the urls so that they read similar to:

?option=com_content&view=article&id=303&Itemid=271&tab=customer-focus

Once I made that change, the menu items worked and they showed up in the site map.

So I'm not sure if you would call this a bug but it does seem to be an "undesirable" feature (unless you document it somewhere of course

Hi, what version of Xmap are you using? I wasn't able to reproduce your problem with Xmap 2.2.1
