IMAGES CRAWLER - Would like it to load first on my page

Hei there...
Images Crawler is my most favoured module but on my website it is the top module on the page but it loads last and leaves a big white space in my website until it finally loads (about 6 seconds).
Is there a way to fix that...

Image Crawler module ....
Not sure why the is not an thread listing for this module ... could it be old and dying??
Anyway, please forgive me for posting here but I am having the sample problem as others, the Images Crawler does not work in Firefox. Is there a solution??
