Can not load up

Hi Guys
Tryin to install Xmap but I get this error Another menu item with the same parent has this alias Error building Admin Menus
Site is 2.5.4 and using Xmap 2.2.1 site is http://peterhaken.com/
I do not have akkeba on there its a new website I am putting together for myself.
Any ideas why>?
