list articles in site map?

Hi,
i have lots of articles that i want listed in site map for bots to see, but its not showing and i cant do a menu link for each article as are hundreds and more every month.
I have a menu link to the category blog layout where all articles are, is there a way to make them show in site map?

just install content plugin.
