hi, I had downloaded the file in the downloads section, this file date is 2008****, but the link I quoted above is 20091229.

I remember that the version of 20091229 use INI format language file, this means completely Joomla 1.5 native, but the one in the download section use php format language files.

I think the one in the downloads section is NOT the latest one.
