Free extensions for Joomla!

I try'd to install the module, and everything seems fine, except I am truly lost on what to write into these catergories:

WP Database Name:
WP Database Username:
WP Database Password:
WP Database Host:
WP Database Prefix:

I am using Wordpress as my Blogging Host (Free hosting from Wordpress), and my website for JOOMLA is hosted by GoDaddy. So my question is from which ends do I gather this information, and if so, what will it look like.

I fairly computer/web savvy, but I am somewhat confused by this.

Those are all information you need to gather from your Wordpress website host. I have never used Wordpress itself as my host, but as far as I know, it isn't possible to get that kind of information when you do, so I'm affraid the module cannot be usefull to you.
