Free extensions for Joomla!

Featured Categories is an excellent module which really should be part of Joomla core. Thanks! However, I didn't succeed in linking the articles thumbnails to the articles -- there's no option to do this, it seems? However, in the demo site (http://www.munditico.com/) the thumbnails do link to articles.

It would be great to have this option. Am I missing something, or could this maybe be added? Thanks - Eric

In the demo site we are using a plugin which does it. But I realize this is a mandatory feature so I have updated the module in order to include it.

Could you please download and install it again?

This is really great! Thanks, it works like a charm. I don't know why I would want to manually create intro texts any more to create category overview pages -- it's al been taken care of by Featured Categories. Thanks again,
