"You have already rated this item." after first vote

Hi,
First I want to say that I love your plug in.
I just have a small problem: after the first person has voted on my site, no other users can vote and I get this message: "You have already rated this item." the users don't have to log in to vote and my website is on https with joomla 2.5.6
