Xmap Fatal error

I regularly use Xmap Joomla 2.5.8 and it works very well
Except that on some sites, imopossible make it work.
The server sends me this:
Fatal error: Class 'JControllerLegacy' not found in / homepages/37/d381234662/htdocs/chiens/administrator/components/com_xmap/xmap.php on line 20
What to do?
