insert XMLSitemap to robot.txt file

Hello
I want to insert a line in my robot.txt file. I created a XML sitemap file, but I am wondering what is the correct url or the best url to insert in the robot.txt file.
this one :
http://xxxx/index.php?option=com_xmap&view=xml&tmpl=component&id=1
or
this one:
http://xxxx/index.php?option=com_xmap&view=xml
and what is the diference
