How to make a table of a lot of extra votes

First of all this is the best vote plugin i have ever seen for joomla.Now to my problem.I saw this webpage

and i saw that it uses 100 diferrent extra votes in one table.Can you tell me how to do this.I dont want 100 but for example to take the extra votes of 5 diferrent articles and to present them in one new article in which the user can rate again one of the 5 like the previous page i mentioned.Thank you in advance for your time.
